Roman I. Golushko

Founder and Research Director of the Institute of Anthropology of Purpose (AoP)
Independent researcher, philosopher, anthropologist, and cognitive studies scholar. Author of the Anthropology of Purpose (AoP) — a new framework that explores how people across different eras and cultures have sought life orientation: who to become and how to live.

Author of the D/O/S/N Hypothesis — a model of the universal cognitive mechanism of orientation. The hypothesis explains how individuals maintain and restore a sense of direction in life, offering a new conceptual foundation for psychology, neuroscience, anthropology, and artificial intelligence systems.

Roman is also the creator of ZERNO, a practical system that translates this theory into real personal guidance: from understanding innate roles and strengths to developing professional and life trajectories.

Founder of the Institute of the Anthropology of Purpose, whose mission is to integrate research and practice to help people restore inner orientation, direction, and a sense of purpose.
